We had a great experience purchasing at Tesla Princeton. They helped us take delivery of our brand new 2026 Tesla Model Y (Juniper) in the new Marine Blue paint. Beautiful car!

I had a very disappointing experience with Tesla Princeton after picking up my Model 3. About a month after delivery, I had to return because I still hadn’t received my license plates and my temporary tags were about to expire. The customer service representative assured me she would follow up with an update, but I never received a call back. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of support or urgency. I was left with expiring temporary tags and no clear answers. For a company that promotes premium customer experience and innovation, the communication and customer service were extremely poor. Buying the car was easy, but getting help afterward has been frustrating and disappointing.

Visited the Tesla Lawrenceville location recently and had a great overall experience. The staff was extremely helpful and took the time to walk us through various vehicle options, pricing, and current promotions without any pressure. They were also able to arrange a test drive immediately even though we didn’t have an appointment scheduled, which we really appreciated. Smooth, professional, and customer-friendly experience all around.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Tesla Lawrence Township. I received 16 phone calls within an 8-hour span, along with multiple messages, from a single employee. That level of contact is excessive, inappropriate, and crossed the line into harassment. To make matters worse, I had to return in person and spend 3 hours of my day fixing a registration issue that was caused on Tesla’s end. Instead of taking accountability, staff attempted to shift the blame onto me for “not completing paperwork,” which is their job?? I travel frequently for work, and by the time I was able to come in, my temporary registration had already expired—without any effort on their part to proactively resolve the issue they created. I was also incorrectly told that my lease had not been signed (in app) and they had need to sign it for me. This is both inaccurate and concerning, especially given that these are legal documents. I also have a confirmation email showing that I completed this step. I’ve never experienced this level of disorganization or lack of professionalism. If you’re dealing with this location, document everything—because their internal communication and processes clearly cannot be relie

I’m a first time Tesla customer and frankly, didn’t expect to be one. I was curious about the make/models and met Eric at Lawrenceville in the process. He was informative and thoughtful. I didn’t commit to a purchase right away and he was understanding and patient. He stayed in touch, kept me informed and when I was ready he was there for every step in the transaction. Bottom line, I never felt like I was being sold, I felt like I was being advised by an expert along the way. If you’re curious or ready for a Tesla, either way, you won’t find better than Eric at Lawrenceville.
